Denmark’s Technical University has teamed up with Berlin’s Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und prüfung (BAM) with the aim of becoming a leader in technology for off-shore wind turbines, the university announced on 2 November.
The project aims to strengthen and focus the research on wind turbine technology in order to identify future challenges. Off shore wind turbines can significantly decrease the dependence on fossil fuels, DTU said
