Finland should develop a national strategy to become a European “gateway” for R&D and innovation collaborations with China.
A report published on 23 October by TIVIT, the Finnish Strategic Centre for Science, Technology and Innovation in ICT, says that Finnish economy would benefit from a solid national strategy on approaching China with R&D and innovation partnerships.
