Businesses in Finland are increasingly winning from government sources for their research, according to a report published by Statistics Finland.
The report showed that in 2011 the business and agricultural ministries, and the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation (Tekes) paid €500m in direct payments to businesses. This is a 7-per-cent increase from 2010.
