The Norwegian Cancer Society (Kreftforeningen) announced funding worth 147.7 million kroner for cancer research on 7 November.
According to a statement, it is the largest single investment in cancer research in Norway’s history. The money has gone to 153 applicants at 12 institutions around the country.
