Norway needs industry R&D guidelines, review says

Clearer guidelines are needed for Norwegian companies participating in R&D projects to prevent them from withdrawing early from projects, according to a review by the Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education.

Demands on businesses in joint projects are currently vague, while the level of public funding is high, the 29 June report warns. This leads to a lack of commitment from industry partners, it says.
