Moon plans look to a manned base

Russian scientists want to send two lunar rovers and several landing stations to the Moon after 2020, Russia Today reported on 7 April.

The eventual aim of the planned study of the Moon’s polar regions is to create a permanent manned base there. The experiments will be carried out in collaboration with other nations, such as India.
