EU anti-fraud office defends actions in Dalli case

The EU’s anti-fraud office, Olaf, has denied accusations that it fabricated or concealed evidence in investigations following the departure of the health commissioner, John Dalli.

In a press notice, the agency says that allegations it has breached procedural rules are “unfounded” and refers to the “misrepresentation of facts” relating to the Dalli case.
