UK role in Horizon Europe and Euratom ‘area of shared interest’
EU member states have agreed that the bloc’s negotiating position on its future relations with the UK will consider research, innovation and education.
A negotiation plan signed off by EU ministers on 25 February states that an EU-UK deal on future relations should “establish general principles, terms and conditions” for UK participation in EU programmes.
