Council positions on research assessment, R&D missions and international research cooperation are nearing completion
Draft texts detailing EU governments’ collective views on topics including research assessment, open science, R&D missions, and values for international cooperation on research and innovation are nearing completion for adoption next month.
Near-final versions of the texts were sent to EU member state government representatives last week, and national delegations were asked to provide any objections within hours to the French presidency of the Council of the EU, which is coordinating the governments’ EU-related actions from January until the end of June.
