Roadmaps endorsed that identify shared goals for research and innovation across 42 countries
Ministers from 42 countries in Europe and the Mediterranean have agreed to common goals for research and innovation on climate change, health and renewable energy.
On 27 June, R&I ministers from the Union for the Mediterranean met for the first time to discuss scientific cooperation, endorsing a declaration that built on three R&I roadmaps. The union is an intergovernmental body made up of the 27 EU member states alongside 15 countries from North Africa, the Middle East and south-east Europe.
