Ivanova visiting Asia to boost education cooperation with EU

Research and education commissioner is meeting with officials from China and Japan

The EU’s research and education commissioner Iliana Ivanova is visiting Asia over the next week, where she will meet officials from China and Japan to boost the bloc’s cooperation with the countries on matters including education.

Over three days in Beijing, starting today, Ivanova (pictured) will attend the EU-China High-Level People-to-People Dialogue, the European Commission said on 27 March.
