Global Research Council adopts principles promoting sustainable development
Global research funders have agreed they have a responsibility for ensuring that research promotes sustainable development.
On 30 May, the Global Research Council of 50 research funding organisations adopted a statement of principles at a meeting in Interlaken, Switzerland, that set out several stances on the issue.
