EFSA seeks scientists for risk assessment

The EU food safety authority is looking for specialists in toxicology, chemistry and dietary exposure to join its panels next year.

In a release on 15 April, EFSA invites applications from researchers for its panel on food additives and nutrient sources added to food (ANS Panel) and the panel on food contact materials, enzymes, flavourings and processing aids (CEF Panel).

Successful applicants would be involved in advising policymakers on health risks in the food chain.
