Patent lawyers say show will go on—pending German approval

The UK’s decision to pull out of the European Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court has made the system slightly less appealing, but it remains both worthwhile and likely to go ahead, lawyers have said. 

The unified system is intended to make it easier and cheaper for inventors to gain patent protection across more than two dozen countries.
