Agreed laws remain unclear on application to academic activities, library group warns
Academic activities and needs have again been ignored by EU politicians in their agreement of new regulations on digital platforms, the Association of European Research Libraries (Liber) has warned.
Liber said it is still unclear whether scientific and educational platforms fall within the scope of the Digital Services Act that was agreed in April, ahead of an expected final sign-off in the coming weeks.
