Sharing laws and protocols will enable researchers to access health data from across EU
EU politicians have reached an agreement on how to create a European Health Data Space intended, among other things, to boost research by enabling access to data from across Europe.
The EHDS was proposed by the European Commission in May 2022 as a way to give patients more control over their health data and adopt laws for using this data in healthcare and research.
