The board of the University of Gothenburg voted on 27 October to extend the appointment of vice-chancellor Pam Fredman.
Of a total of 73 potential voters, 69 chose to vote. Fifty three voted in favour of the motion and 13 against. The government will make the final decision about Fredman’s extended appointment.
