The Swedish Research Council (VR) has been tasked with administering and expanding a registry of Swedish research, the government said on 6 March.
VR will take over the administration of the existing Sweden ScienceNet, a joint initiative between ten Swedish universities collecting information from public funders, which is currently maintained by Uppsala University.
