Government appoints life sciences advisory group

The Swedish government has announced the members of an expert group to aid the development of a national life science strategy.

The group, announced on 3 June, will advise Anders Lönnberg—the government’s life sciences coordinator—on issues concerning research and innovation within the life sciences and healthcare. Lönnberg was appointed to his role in April. 

The advisory group consists of 17 members including university rectors, company leaders and regional government health directors.
