Universities eager for EU internationalisation strategy

European universities have high expectations for an upcoming EU strategy on the internationalisation of higher education, according to a survey undertaken by the European University Association.

A total of 88 per cent of respondents said an EU strategy would be useful to increase funding opportunities in other countries, with more than half agreeing it would support the development of a university guidance on internationalisation.
