EU member states should ‘find co-funding’ for cooperation networks, according to draft policy text

EU member state governments are set to say that substantially more funding is needed for the ‘European Universities’—cross-border networks of universities collaborating on research and education, which are gaining prominence in the bloc’s policymaking and funding allocations.

The Council is the body through which EU member state governments direct the bloc’s legislation and policymaking.
