Commission consults on European Year of Skills

                        

Feedback sought on plan to bolster skills training by building on various EU initiatives

The European Commission has launched a call for feedback on its proposal to make 2023 the European Year of Skills.

Under its proposal, published earlier this month, the Commission said it would promote upskilling and reskilling opportunities throughout 2023 to reduce the bloc’s labour shortages and address the lack of basic digital skills.
