Europe ‘needs more modern and joined-up digital education’

European Institute of Innovation and Technology calls for “urgent” reforms

European education in digital technologies, from school through to higher education, needs to be modernised and joined up, according to a report from the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.

The EIT’s report, published on 7 September, said that the “entire European public education system” needs refreshing “urgently” to take into account developments in technologies such as artificial intelligence.
