Discussions on measuring progress of scheme said to have been “too focused on quantitative measurements”
A “holistic” approach should be used to assess the success of the EU’s initiative for funding cross-border alliances of higher education institutions, the European University Association has stressed.
The European Commission, EU member states and stakeholders are starting to discuss how best to assess the progress of the bloc’s European Universities Initiative, prompting the EUA to publish a position paper on the subject on 21 March.
