EU initiative must help remove barriers to joint European programmes, says university alliance
“Systemic change” is needed to facilitate the delivery of joint degrees in Europe, a group of universities has warned.
Some universities across the continent are already working together to deliver joint degree programmes, but they face longstanding obstacles—mainly caused by a lack of coherence between different national higher education systems—that make the process time-consuming and difficult.
