EU and Japan agree new measure to support academic mobility

Erasmus+ representatives will be stationed in Japan to foster more student exchanges

The EU and Japan have agreed that dedicated posts should be created in the country to boost academic mobility between the two.

On 3 April, the European Commission announced that an EU-Japan Policy Dialogue on education, culture and sport led to the decision to establish an Erasmus+ National Focal Point in Japan.
