Researchers must work together, but barriers to mobility are rising
In her new year message, European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen said that “2024 will be a decisive year. Together, let us strive for a strong Europe in the world, bolstered by free and fair elections.”
But who is included in “together” is an increasingly fraught subject in Europe.
