National forestry research institute reports revenue growth

             

New Zealand agency’s annual report celebrates higher-than-expected revenues and opening of flagship innovation building

Scion, New Zealand’s forestry research agency, has reported a bumper year despite the coronavirus pandemic.

Scion’s annual report, released on 8 November, shows that the agency experienced strong growth and was able to launch several initiatives, including a flagship “innovation building” (Te Whare Nui o Tuteata) in Rotorua.
