Annual grants programme supports New Zealand’s cooperation with European space project
New Zealand’s participation in the European Union’s Laser Interferometer Space Antenna project has received a boost from a NZ$3 million grant in the latest round of Marsden Fund awards.
The Marsden Fund Council Award will go to a University of Auckland-led team (pictured) to participate in studies of gravitational waves through the project. Auckland’s Renate Meyer will lead the interdisciplinary group.
