NZ$1.6m awarded to student-led projects at research institutions

            

National programme supports 13 projects to bolster New Zealand’s next generation of investigators

A national funding programme has awarded NZ$1.6 million to 13 student-led research projects.

The results of the 2022 round of the Unlocking Curious Minds contestable fund were announced on 12 December. Students and community members will partner with bodies such as the National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research and the Otago Museum Trust Board in the projects.
