Support for young, mid-career and distinguished researchers will replace Rutherford awards

New Zealand’s Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment has announced new research fellowships to replace the Rutherford scheme.

The Aotearoa New Zealand Tāwhia te Mana Research Fellowships, announced on 26 September, will support “hundreds” of researchers, the ministry said.
