Call follows survey showing New Zealanders feel ill informed
The New Zealand public has concerns about animal research and feels poorly informed, a report has said.
The findings, based on a survey for the Australian and New Zealand Council for the Care of Animals in Research and Teaching, also indicated strong views about the type of animals used for research.
