Lack of research co-ordination could increase pressure country’s health system, says scheme’s director

The end of the Healthier Lives National Science Challenge may exacerbate pressure on New Zealand’s health system, according to the scheme’s director.

On 23 April, Jim Mann said increasing health system pressures required “measures which will help prevent people getting sick in the first”.
