Universities need direct innovation vouchers, suggests Tatlow

Pam Tatlow, chief executive of the university group million+, has said innovation vouchers for universities would be an ‘obvious first step’ in the government’s forthcoming research and innovation strategy.

Writing in the Guardian on 5 December, Tatlow argues that universities need more incentives to innovate and drive growth.
