Anger over research direction sparks death threats

Researchers working on chronic fatigue syndrome, also known as ME, say they are subject to a campaign of abuse and intimidation that is hampering research.

According to the BBC, harassment includes death threats, online abuse and misconduct complaints lodged at universities, ethics committees and the General Medical Council.
