The Technology Strategy Board has identified satellite applications as the theme for its fourth Catapult centre. The three previously announced Catapults are in high-value manufacturing, cell therapy and offshore renewable energy. The centre will focus on applications of R&D in four growth areas: communications, broadcasting, positioning and observation.
