Cambridge plant science lab wins architecture prize

The Sainsbury Laboratory in Cambridge has won the prestigious Royal Institute of British Architects’ Stirling Prize for the best building of 2012.

Architects Stanton Williams received £20,000 for their work, which was recognised at a ceremony on 13 October.
