International students in London queue through the night

Hundreds of international students began queuing outside the Overseas Visitors Records Office in London to register during the night of 3-4 October, according to BBC news.

International students must register within seven days of their arrival, and despite an extension of opening hours at the office, students began queuing at midnight.
