Defra: review of evidence on consumer food-related behaviours that impact on sustainability

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs invites applications for its review of evidence on consumer food-related behaviours that impact on sustainability.

The objective of the research is to critically assess and summarise the existing evidence about food-related consumer behaviours. It will draw upon existing literature to identify the best opportunities to reduce the environmental and socio-economic impacts of food-related consumer behaviours, and describe how to change those behaviours most effectively. It will also reveal any significant gaps in the evidence.
