Plans have been submitted to South Norfolk Council to develop Norwich Research Park, the Eastern Daily Press newspaper reports.
Bullen Developments is seeking approval to build on a 100,000 square metre site for offices and medical research labs near the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, and change access to the site.
