Online museum helps vet students bone up on anatomy

A virtual museum containing exhibits to help veterinary students around the world learn about animal anatomy has been set up by an international consortium headed by the Royal Veterinary College, London.

The Online Veterinary Anatomy Museum went live on 20 November and will eventually hold thousands of items in various formats. These will include two- and three-dimensional anatomical sections, MRI and other advanced imaging modalities, videos and interactive material.
