Peers press government for action on STEM report

Members of the House of Lords Science and Technology Committee are disappointed at the government’s response to their report on higher education in science, technology, engineering and maths subjects.

Phil Willis, the Liberal Democrat chairman of the sub-committee that conducted the inquiry, said the peers were “disappointed about the lack of action promised in the response.
