ScotGov: evaluation of year one of the reducing reoffending change fund − public social partnership development

The Scottish Government invites expressions of interest for an evaluation of year one of its reducing reoffending change fund – public social partnership development.

This evaluation will focus on year one of the change fund that specifically supports the development of public social partnerships between October 2012 and March 2013. This evaluation should examine how the 14 funded projects have used the award to develop PSPs, and what is being achieved in this initial six-month period. It is envisaged that this will be a largely quantitative project, involving participants from the PSPs themselves, including those from public- and third-sector organisations.
