UK manufacturers struggle to find skilled staff

A survey has found that finding skilled staff is a major concern for British manufacturers.

Conducted by the Engineering Employers Federation and JAM Recruitment, an agency specialising in engineering and manufacturing, the survey found that finding and recruiting employees was a concern for 74 per cent of respondents. Almost half the respondents said it was their main concern.
