JRF: evidence and policy reviews on institutional care and poverty

The Joseph Rowntree Foundation invites proposals for an evidence and policy review on institutional care and poverty.

This seeks a literature review about the links between institutional care and poverty that looks at prior, current and potential policy and practice interventions and their impact on poverty, particularly where these have been costed and have robust outcome data. The review should address several key topics, including the evidence for a link between institutional care and poverty, and what evidence is there is internationally and in the UK about reduction of poverty through policy and practice interventions.
