Librarians look at how to meet researchers’ needs

Research Libraries UK has published a report investigating how researchers use academic library facilities and how their needs will change.

The report, ‘Re-skilling for research’, is by Mary Auckland, a former chair of the Library Association Council and member of various JISC committees. It looks at the skills and knowledge library staff will need to cope with changes in demand for their services.
