A theoretical physicist, Mohamed El Naschie, who sued the journal Nature for libel, has lost his case after a judge ruled that an article criticising him was responsible and honest journalism.
Victoria Sharp delivered the judgement against El Naschie, the former editor of the Elsevier journal ‘Chaos, Solitons & Fractals’ (CSF) on 6 July.
