Pancreatic Cancer UK has committed £500,000 to innovative research to support its call for more strategic funding for neglected cancers.
The Research Innovation Fund invites applications on what it calls “innovative approaches” to the biology, treatment and diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, with particular interest on imaging. Collaborative projects that include partners from outside the pancreatic cancer field are particularly encouraged. Cancer Research UK will be providing support in the application and peer review process of the fund.
