FSA: tender to assess the contribution made by the food chain to the burden of UK-acquired norovirus infection

The Food Standards Agency invites applications for its tender to assess the contribution made by the food chain to the burden of UK-acquired norovirus infection.

The objective of the tender is to provide robust information on the presence, growth, survival and elimination of pathogenic micro-organisms throughout the food chain, though the extent, distribution, causes, risks, and costs of foodborne disease will also be considered.
