Obvious question

Now that Vince has spoken, and a strategy for higher education as an export industry is to be produced in the spring, can we expect the government to stop ignoring calls for international students to be discounted from immigration numbers? Vince will be asking experts in each of his favoured fields to tell him what they really need to make a go of things, and given repeated recommendations from universities and parliament, this wish must surely be at the top of the list. A strategy that doesn’t address this is no strategy at all.
